Tea Rose (ADOPTED)
Two year old Tea Rose is a shy cat looking for a patient, adult-only home.
Rescued living as a stray with her young kittens, her background isn’t known; it’s more than likely she was once someone’s pet.
Her kittens have been adopted, so it’s time that we find Tea Rose her forever home too. Tea Rose is looking for a home with a safe garden that she can access via a catflap.
As she approaches her (estimated) second birthday, Tea Rose will be celebrating the final pair of her kittens being adopted. In our care since a very young age, Tea Rose’s kittens won’t know the challenges their mum faced, fending for herself as a young, unneutered cat and giving birth in an exposed garden.
Her early experiences have shaped Tea Rose to be somewhat reserved but this nervous youngster is slowly growing more comfortable with her fosterer. It’s now a daily routine for her to coming out for fuss whilst enquiring about breakfast! It has taken time for her to decompress and start to show interest in wand toys or passing ball toys but the interest is there. Her piercing eyes show a cat who is open to trusting those who warrant her love.
Tea Rose is looking for a patient, settled, adult-only home of her own where she can grow in confidence at her own pace and in time shed her shy shell.
Tea Rose’s journey is far from over; the final, most rewarding step will take place in a the most special and loving of homes; perhaps it could be yours.
Tea Rose is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and up to date with flea and worming treatment. She is being fostered within the London Borough of Greenwich.
